FULL SERVICE PLANNING
Our team specializes in Full Service Planning where we are by your side throughout the entire planning process from the moment after you say “YES” all the way through the “I DO’s.” We start with an initial planning meeting to understand your vision, your must-haves and your priorities. From there we personalize every step of the planning process for you. From curated design boards to building a vendor team specific to your style, budget and personality, we make sure everything perfectly represents you.
We facilitate in locating the ideal venue, matching you with the right vendors, manage contract negotiation, wedding concept and design, timeline creation, hotel room blocks, welcome bags, wedding rehearsal, and, of course, the day of coordination of the ceremony and reception. We use an online planning software that makes it easy for us to work together and allows you to have real time access to the planning progress of your wedding. We orchestrate your wedding from start to finish and handle all of the little details that are involved in planning a truly unique event so you can relax and enjoy your wedding day!
MONTH OF COORDINATION
Our Month of Coordination service is available if you need a professional to manage the myriad of wedding day details as the event draws near. In the month preceding your wedding we will become the point of contact with your vendors, visit the venue, prepare the timeline and production schedule, fine tune any overlooked details and handle any issues that may arise. We direct the rehearsal and coordinate on-site the day of your wedding to ensure everything goes smoothly and as you have planned.
Investment
Our full service planning starts at $11,000. Month of Coordination starts at $5,000. Each couple has a unique story and style; we would love to chat with you about your wedding needs and expectations and create a customized proposal for you.
